Alcohol and event supplies are charged separately at cost and are not included in the service fee. The host approves all shopping lists and budgets in advance.

About this service
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We invoice against a purchase order or a plain invoice, whichever your finance team needs.
Can you send a certificate of insurance?
We carry $2 million in commercial general liability insurance, including liquor liability coverage. A certificate can go directly to your venue or facilities team ahead of the date.
Do you work weekdays and daytimes?
Yes. Weekday evenings and daytime functions are often easier to book than a Saturday.
How do you handle over service?
The same way a licensed bar does. Service is refused politely and quietly, and we will tell you afterwards rather than during.
